Company installed faulty system to prevent water in basement will not honor warranty

Company installed a faulty waterproofing system in basement area and refuses to honor warranty when system failed to work. When asked to repair system they lied about how they installed it and reqiired home owner to tear off sheet rock at owners expense. Company refused to come back and inspect basement after initial visit even though they could see walls witout removing sheetrock
