I have VERIZON as my cell phone provider. (3 phones) my average bill is $200 a month) as I was in Italy, a payment was made on billpay automatically, but they posted it to the wrong account. They suspended service and when I returned I had no phones. Thereafter I was reconnected with a charge of $15 PER phone. It didn't end there. There were "charges" of $347.27 due to the FACT that charges were "pro-rated" in the middle of the month. This is the biggest rip-off I have ever experienced. Calls to them are useless. Talking to supervisors... USELESS.
I am beginning, TODAY to start declining to renew services on each phone as they come off contract until I no longer have this RIP-OFF company in my life. I will tell EVERY friend, family and associate I know about this, and tell them to stay away from this company. The cell service is great, but they are too expensive, and then have the balls to rip you off at every opportunity.
