I bought an a electric guitar from crescentdirect back in March, when I received it, it was a piece of junk, I left bad feedback on their site, they (crescentdirect) called me two or three times and I refused to deal with them again. Then Ean or Eian called me again on May the 17th and said he was authorized and would give me a complete refund 69.99, (it’s not much) if I would change my feedback to positive, he even told me what to say, I agreed and changed the feedback, I have not received the refund yet. I have talked to Ean or Eian a number of times, he has lied to me from the beginning.
I want the complete refund. If anyone has information like complete and correct address, no P. O Box, City, Town, State, etc, so I can file a proper complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau, so any information you can give me so I can file this complaint will be of help. Any information you need and I can give you to help me with this I will be glad to give you if I have it. I do have three of their phone #s 562 926 3672,562 926 3748,562 926 3615, these are the #s Ean or Eian used to call me. On June the 5th he Ean or Eian called and said he was at the bank and was going to send the money by bank transfer and want our account information, it was given to him, and It was also e-mailed to him, I have a copy of the e-mails between them and myself. I just called crescent direct June 14th 2:45 pm and ask for their company name and correct and complete address and they would not tell me, but said I could go through the trouble to find it, they are not very nice people to deal with.
