Dependablewireless sells garbage on Ebay. He is a POWER SELLER so Ebay refuses to make him refund or correct his fraud. He has hundreds of complaints and will not leave feedback unless or until you leave positive feedback first. EVERY negitive feedback left for him equals a negitive feedback for the buyer. My brother (career veteran of 20 years and 100% disabled) bought a NEW LOOK phone that came broken, dirty, used and not working. I tried over and over to get a refund. He refused so I (on behalf of my brother whose health has gotten worse) had to file a complaint with Ebay and Paypal. Paypal finally got him to refund the purchase but they would not refund the high shipping cost AND I would have to pay to have the garbage shipped back to him! He told me that if I left negitive feedback he would leave it for me. I asked him "So I paid in full at the time of the auction, got a broken used and non working phone, you refuse to give a full refund BUT if I leave negitive feedback you will do that to me even though I am not at fault"? He told me that he keeps his rating higher that way! If we just work together he would make it right. So, he is now selling his feedback? He has many complaints to the Texas AG office but Ebay REFUSES to remove him. EVERY complaint gets the same answer "buyer is an idiot" or "Buyer is my competetion" or "Buyer is at fault" Let me guess, EVERY buyer that gets garbage, broken used junk and wants their money back is an idiot or a scammer? Then when this guy finally sent my money back (minus shipping of course!) he retracts it from my Paypal account because I left him negitive feedback!!!
This guy (MIKE) is the worst type of scammer, in MY opinion hates veterans and this country, and would screw his own kids to make a buck. I feel he should pay us 5 grand for the pain and suffering he has caused and for ripping off hundreds of buyers. Ebay needs to ban him as a seller for life but they make to much money off him so that will never happen.
HEY MIKE, now wheres my money? You know my Paypal account number, refund my money IN FULL this time.
