If your gonna order from this website please do all the research possible. My ordeal began in Nov. 2010 I placed an order for $103.00 (why not you get a free cleaner crew) and shipping. Well after about a month I was graced with an e-mail telling me my order was being shipped. I was so excited I didn't need to e-mail this idiot anymore. Well my package finally arrived I opened it up and to my surprise no heat packs in case anyone didn't take geography I live in Michigan we actually get four different seasons and December can get kind of cold. Well the poor animals didn't seem to like 25 degree temps (I guess where their from it doesn't get that cold) go figure. I tried to ressesitate the best i could everything just turned to mush (anemone, feather dusters, ricordia) I was able to save some snails that are still alive today. Move forward to end of January about fell back out of my chair another e-mail reply from this moron.
