Made my order December 30th via reefscavengers.com. I did not hear anything back BUT got an e-mail from his "company" that my purchase would be processed in "2-7 business days". On the seventh day I e-mailed the company with no response for two days. I then began my dispute with Paypal.in the dispute I found an additional e-mail adress which I have also attempted to contact them through. Also to no avail.
Paypal just tried two days ago to issue my refund but his bank refused the e-check. I will be pursuing a fraud suit soon I imagine.
