Please note I went to the Nine West Outlet No. 2792 to return a pair of sandals that were past the 30 days money refund. I understood about getting a store credit. However, as the manager came to issue the credit she started scolding me and embrassed me in front of the other customers in the store. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong.
She had no customer service skills; because she started to tell me again "I wanna let you know", I told her to stop saying this to me and then she smirked at me. She also noted on my receipt that I did a return without a receipt. I did have my receipt. I was so disgusted by this experience.
