I had a horrible experience at a Nine West Outlet No. 26 in Fresh Meadows, NY. I wanted to return a pair of sandals, the fit was bad. However with my busy schedule I went over the 30 days money refund.
I went back to the store and it was such a hassel to get a store credit. The store manager came out an scolded me like a child telling "I wanna let you know this time etc. She embrassed me in front of the other customers and had a smirk on her face. I told her to stop mocking me. She made me feel like I was stealing something. Totally disgusted and not sure if I ever want to buy anything from Nine West. How can they hire people like this, no customer service skills. I should get a full refund to make it right. I spent a total of $84.97 on my original purchase.
