I placed an order on May 17, my credit card was charged $67.00, I received an email confirmation stating my order would be received in 10 days and I have yet to receive my order! I have tried to contact PoochPads via email and phone. One of the phone numbers was actually the number for MovieFone and the corporate number had a full mailbox, however I have been able to leave two messages in the past two days, so obviously SOMEONE is checking the messages. I have also sent several emails to two different email addresses I found, again, no response. It is very frusturating! How can people be OK with doing this to people!? I absolutely do NOT recommend ordering from PoochPads! It's unfortunate because I did like the product but this is just unacceptable! I will continue to try to contact the company and take ANY action necessary to get my money back!
