We have been a client of Advanced Employment for a few years. Most recently we had a direct hire that did not workout (within 30 days). We asked Advanced how the 30 day guarantee for direct hires worked and they simply stated that they would not apply the 30 day guarantee. (Yes, we have the guarantee in writting and in a signed contract.)
I have tried repeatedly with no success to get answers but I honestly get no additional information or any customer service. All they want is for me to pay over $1000 for an employee who quit within 30 days (they were not working out and left instead of being fired). I don't have time to constantly try to communicate with a vendor who has no intention of holding up their contract.
There is really no reason to fight them over this as it is clear that they no longer value us as a client.in retrospect, all of the employees that came from their agency are no longer with us. Perhaps we were never really receiving value for our dollar in the first place.
I am disappointed that they are not interested in doing the right thing, upholding or even explaining their stance on not backing their guarantee.
