Impressive backdrop to my due dilligence, failure to follow through at all. Casa Azahar stopped work on the project six years ago, and left me in the lurch. No response to inquiries, just statements that I should wait a little while longer for their legal department to review. What's to review? The contract specifies specific remedies for a work stoppage. The remedies: thousands of dollars of payments which they do not want to make. So they should just suck it up and give me the money they owe me.
