Unauthorized charge to my credit card

I visited Proflowers.com and requested my mother an agreement for parents day since I noticed their television advertisement showing freeshipping.com. I bought the agreement, then I had been informed on the pop up display within the purchase procedure that I qualified for delivery reimbursement. The organization, Freeshipping.com requested for my charge card info and was designed to refurd $19.95 I settled in delivery and handling, but rather, I observe nowadays on my banking account they really CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL MONEY!!! I'm infuriated~
