1st - When I received the hair, I thought it was odd that there was no invoice included. 2nd - The smell was unbearable, I have been wearing extensions for over 10 years and have never had a foul smell coming from any hair EVER! It also looked a little ragged and dusty, so I decided to wash the hair. After washing and deep conditioning the hair, I hung the hair on hangers and left it in my laundry room. Later that day I went into the laundry room to see if it was dry. As soon as I openened the door the stinch of the hair damn near knocked me out. I cracked the window and turned the fan on. At this point I'm looking at the hair and it looks decent - not great but decent. I figure I will take it to my stylist and have her install it. 3rd - As she is installing it and finger combing, as with any install, clumps and clumps of the hair is shedding onto the floor.
