I engaged All States Investigations for surveillance on a cheating spouse. All I got was a generic report a week late with one blurry picture that could have been anyone anywhere and this was only after repeated reminders. A video was also promised that never eventuated and when I contacted the case manager repeatedly I was either told to leave a message or she will get back to me - which she NEVER did. For close to $1000 I expect more professionalism and quality service than I received. When I filed a complaint, the reply was totally unprofessional where speculation on my character and intent were made! DO NOT use this agency - all you get for your money is frustration, stress and a much lighter wallet.
