Charges on checking not authorized

For 2 weeks presently there have now been costs of 19.95 on my checking acct. For this friendfndwc, I e mailed once previously last month and also have noticed nothing. The costs are on-again this month, and that I need this ceased, and terminated, and also the costs attributed back again to my acct. ASAP.

Please let know the standing of the motion.
