I purchased a $35 laser pointer from www.dinodirect.com. The tip after 10 minutes useful. The change was evidently faulty. I approached them to get a substitute or reimbursement. First they asked me to go someplace to possess it fixed, then deliver them the statement! Yes, right! Then they stated they'd deliver me an upgraded. Then they stated they'd need to have the damaged one back, and that I need to deliver it by email having a tracking number only. Well, the least expensive method to deliver it back having a following number priceis $85.00! I've to think they understood this! Well, I delivered it back anyhow towards the tackle they offered me with no monitoring. Does not seem sensible to pay for $85 to recuperate $35. Per month later plus they claim they nevertheless do not have it. I declare BS! They've it, and it appears like I am out $35 since I-donot possess a following number to show they've it. Everything they market is inexpensive chinese-made crap. Prevent Dino Immediate no matter what. Should you purchase from their store, ignore any guaranteeis you believe you might have!!!
