I saved their application online to recuperate pitctues which were erased from my camera. I spent hours attempting to recover the images. I named customer support a lot of occasions for aid. There's an enormous language barrier. They are doing talk Language although not properly. They simply needed t-o deliver me directions to my email. These were not easy to use whatsoever. They actually hung-up on me many times after I named. I started requesting my money-back via telephone and email. They wont provide me my cash back. Evidently they've a they do not have to provide your cash back until they're not able to supply no help at-all or when there is a glitch within their application. Really handy for them, this should occur a great deal. Main point here, my pictues weren't retrieved in an application that I will use. I've them in thumbnails which can not be published since they're fuzzy and so I cannot place them in a photograph record or shape them. They're actually too little to add to facebook. They ripped me down.
