Appearing out of Bank of the West, stocks parking lot with Homedepot, part of Bollinger and De Anza Blvd., man blocks my vehicle from leaving parking area and requests aid. Requires easily speak German, obviously number, departing Moscone Center Bay Area delivered by his organization in France to some tradeshow. Stated he dropped his cash at card membership, is embarrassed and wants money for that carrental for 2 months, $700. Really wants to provide me the examples of his Armani outfits he was delivered to trade-show with and doesn't wish to consider them back about the airplane with him. I looked over the vehicle he arrived in with, dark, newer design stated it had been a rental, I looked-for back license plate, there is none. He showed me 2 mens leather jackets, woman full-length leather layer, guys match. I mentioned no, he explained assist him, he created an error dropping his cash, he showed me his passport from France, offered me his company card, had an automobile rental card. I mentioned I'll contact the rental company and confirm, he explained no, he'd enter difficulty along with his organization. Then he requested for 7 days carrental for $350. I mentioned no, he explained he was a great individual and created an error and that I said no. He explained $250, I stated no, perhaps $200, he explained "I created an error, however, you need support." And so I imagine the fraud artist experienced I had been not really a great individual?
