We have been trying to collect on two closing that we completed for The Dynamic Group. One was completed on 02/23 and the other on 04/04. We had completed one other closing for them on 01/27 and were paid 60 days later on 03/31. The only reason they paid us is because they were calling asking us to complete another closing and we refused unless they paid the past due bill. Not is appears they have gone out of business so we are out $225.00 for the two closings they never paid for! They are definitely a RIP OFF and the bad thing is now that they have run off with our money they can just open up under another name and do it again if they are not stopped and held accountable for the money they owe to Closing Agents through the country!
