The Dynamic Group contacted me on November 30, and asked me to perform a loan refinance closing for them. The agreed fee was $100.00. I performed the closing and billed them exactly as they instructed, but they still have not paid me yet. They won't answer the phone. The message says to leave your name and the control number for the signing and they will get back to you. I have done this at least a dozen times, and have never gotten a single response back from them. We're going on five months now, and it appears that they just plan to stiff me. Notaries beware!!!
