If customers only knew the pressure the employees are under. Pay-cuts should you not make your crazy objective as you need to do all of the discounts, signage, unpacking of stock and show, in addition to all the cleaning and watching out for thieves.in addition you must contact your entire customers for each departlments income and record it in the computer. Clients hate to be called and yell at you, but you're needed to do that.in addition you must start a cost account for each 8 hours you work. Everyone attempts to steal all of the sales rather than do any work so that they dont get pay-cuts. This makes the workplace really aggressive and management appears to love it when people are annoyed. They've no idea what its like on the ground and really don't care. The attitude is oh properly, just the strong survive. The customers feel this and around dillards preaches customer support they themselves handle their people like s... It sounds to me like dillards shops in the united states are comparable and so i need to think this comes from the top and trickles down... interest dillards big-shots exactly why is nordstroms effective and dillards not. How they treat their people will be the cause dillards promotes failure to save a dollar while nordstroms promotes achievement for several their associates and they assist you in every way to attain it. I really hope you get up before dillards is going of business. Your equipment and policies ar about 25 years behind and evidently none of you've heard about the golden rule.
