JOSEPH "Joe" A. Dillulio
Blessings jewelers borrowed money from me, under contract and will not pay back as agreed. Does not keep his word. Owes me 32,000.00 cash from my investment in his gold buying business. Joseph dillulio will not pay me

Joseph Dillulio owes me 32,000 dollars.
This amount does not include the interest he promised me because he reneged on the contract.
Under his own contract he agreed that he would pay me back with a 60 day notice in the full amount of, principle, original amount of money. Until I asked for the principle back, he was supposed to pay me a weekly amount in interest. He sporaticlly paid, hardly ever on time and got to a point where he didn't pay at all. I asked for my principle back allowing him 60 days to as agreed in the contract.

I have asked him to settle with me, but even that agreement was reneged.

The money I loaned him was to assist him in paying cash for gold when gold was about 800 dollars an ounce. Gold is now 1500 dollars per ounce and that would be about 49,000 dollars he made with the money he stole from me.

He will not give me my money back!
