These gentleman are experts at taking advantage of clients who trust them to produce work in good faith. Do not conduct business of any kind with these scam artists. They will try to make you pay upfront for work they will either produce in part if you're lucky, or - in our case, not at all.
It seems like they burned enough bridges through their deceptive business practices in El Paso, Texas that at some point they needed to move to Arizona to escape ours and others attempts at collecting funds from them. After a time in Arizona, we can imagine they were up to the same games and alas, are once again in El Paso, Texas.
