Do not work for this company! They are trying to charge me back for inforce business after I left them. They are also trying to charge me for their "old leads". You do NOT have to pay lead costs to a company and they admitted it to a friend of mine. They cannot hold you accountable for leads. I am not going to pay them for inforce business either. This company is obviously the world's worst to work for. Bad leads, make a little money then they want it back for in force business.
