Prime Time Communications has refused to communicate with me and solve the problem. Every day I call and all they can do is send an email ticket requesting help.
They promise I will be contacted within 24-48 hours, but I have never been contacted. Each day when I call back, nothing has been done with my request and they say that they can expedite the request or label it as urgent.
This has done nothing.
I ask for a manager and they can't do anything more.
They have a 10 day wait period to release your phone number and refuse to work with you when the situation is unusual.
This has been extremely stressful, especially during a move.
