Patrick Carpenter came to our home for an extimate, gave us a "Really good deal" took our $500 deposit, "to see if we were serious."
He and his "wife" said they were licensed, however they are not. We did get a signed reciept along with the estimate report. However, I don't know if this helps our case any.
When it was time for us to get the work done Patrick would not answer our phone calls.
We had to call him from different numbers before he would answer. When he did answer he just hung up the phone when he found out who I was.
I would love to hear from anyone who is pressing charges against him,
maybe we could help prosecute Patrick together. I asked him if he could return or $500 he hung up the phone before he answered me.
