I needed a fence placed and obtained several estimates. Patrick's was in the middle, but he repeatedly called me and asked for the business. I wish I would have seen these other complaints before I chose his company.
The day did not start well. They showed up at 11 am instead of 8 am. Patrick assured me they would be finished by 5 pm. They continued to work until 11:30 pm. Patrick was a unique and deceptive method of providing quotes. When he came to collect the payment he informed me it was $800 more than I expected. He had brought his two worked to the door with him (intimidation factor?) I was upset but I gave him the extra money.
They were still packing up when I moved my car. I noticed that many of the posts were sticking up much higher than the fence. I mentioned this and Patrick said they would return the next day to fix this and more.By daylight I saw several other issues with the fence, ~1-2 inch gaps between panels, fence does not touch the ground along the majority of the fence line.
