I ordered my shoes and they arrived perfectly. Now waiting for 2 more orders totaling 4 pairs of shoes for my bridesmaids and they have never arrived.
We have left countless emails and only recieved one genaric response stating that we should not worry or shippment will arrive. Here we are 3 weeks past the due date, no product and the credit cards have been charged.
One bridesmaid acctually called the head office in the UK 3 times and only got a busy signal. There was no response no where to leave a message.
Their website states that they will return any emails within 24 hrs and that they stand by there product but they dont. Their shoes are made to order but they don't tell you that! One pair is supossedly still being made!
My wedding is comming up soon, we are now trying to cancel the orders and get their money back so that we can go some where else to get 4 pairs of bridesmaids shoes.
Do not waist your time of money on this place. It seems that me actually receiving my shoes was a fluke. To top it all off the shoes that we ordered for my bridesmaids are not even on their website anymore.
