This company will hire through either Craigslist or Monster. Upon my hire, they did not provide any employee rights contracts, no employee handbooks, no documents protecting my rights or employment regulations. I was told by word of mouth that I would be taken off temp hire after 90 days. A few weeks into the job, they sent me and other inexperienced employees on an expensive business trip to complete "market research". There has been several verbal sexual harassment incidents, not only with me, but with previous employees and fellow employees. Not long after finally speaking up about the sexual harassment incidents, our computer history was tracked as well as our personal Gmail accounts. The work environment became hostile. Not long after, I was let go without cause and only a weeks severance pay. No severance documents signed, nothing.
