Filed sexual harassment complaint in 9-02. Finally got hr involved in 3-03. All it has done is cause me more trouble than it is worth. Funeral Homes don't want to hire women and when they do they treat them like 2nd class citizens.
Then they let those that harass make your life so bad that you will quit. Or they make up things to fire you.
Even the eeoc is a joke. They always take the side of the employer.
