Exective Resorts International took my money promising that they had a buyer. It would take 90 days to complete the transaction and everything would be done. After, 90 days was up they told me the buyer had to get a IRS letter stated everything was cleared because of proir issues. Called back several times and got no answer and then the phone was no longer in service.
