Ortiz is living of the illegal alliens, pretending to be able to get them legal papaers, telling them she is able to fill out INS papaer for them and charging them 1000, s of dollors, after they are unable to pay, she calls INS on them, she stole money from a restaurant owner in Amelia telling them, that she would pay the tax's she never did, and they almost lost there buisness,
