Dora Sandoval uses many names to perpatrate her frauds. She then denies that she is the person involved and she gets away with it. Her favorite scam is to take a "deposit" or "down payment" and once she has that money you will never see it again. She will also take payments at very attractive rates but once the property is paid off she can never transfer title because she is not the owner. The courts in Mexico are so back logged that it would take twenty years in court to recover and you can not squeez blood out of a grapefruit. Beware of this family and especially Dora Sandoval Ojeda.
