On april 4th my neighbour provided me with a reference for Andy Cluett who was hired off Kijiji for plumbing work in my house. The contract was for $3,000 and I gave him $1,000 as a deposit. I never saw him again i did receive e-mails from him as per appointments and he would never show up. He was originally from cornwall, ontario and the Cornwall Police are also looking for him. Contrary to what he tells you, he does not own ace plumbing in cornwall nor discount plumbing.
