This site claimes that this project was very easy. It would take a novice a great deal of time and the purchase of a number tools in order to do this.
The magnets required can only be found in the UK and they do not ship to the states. There is one company in Australia that has the proper size, but they are Rare Earth instead of Ferrite.
I have asked for help and have gotten none. The site claims that you will have 24/7 service which the complete opposite so far is true it has been about 2 days ago that I requested help about the fact that the magnets were unobtainable.
They also claim that it will cost about $100.00. Which is far from the truth unless you already have a well stocked tool set including a work bench a number of saws and rotating device to make the rotors. The materials alone would certainly exceed $100.00
