But terrible customer service...
When I bought some wire here, there was no indication that it was on sale, which makes it take an additional week or more to ship. Since it was taking about two weeks to arrive, it wouldn't be here in time for my deadline. I called customer service about this and they said to just refuse the order when the UPS man arrived at my door and I could get a full refund. Two weeks after that, I was told that I could only get a refund minus shipping. When I got the invoice for it, they took off $16 for shipping, when I only paid $5 shipping to begin with! I only got a $13 refund on a $30 purchase - if I had been told that at the beginning, I would have kept it! In addition to that, the woman that I talked to at customer service insists that no one there would ever tell me that I could get a refund on wire. That is exactly what they told me, and it is not my fault if their employees do not know their own policy. That is no excuse for not giving me a full refund.
Bottom line - Terrible communication at every single point of the way, terrible customer service. A complete rip-off of over half of the original invoice amount. As tempting as the price is, I will be taking my money elsewhere.
