You have people inside the store that mislead you. They trick you to putting down a deposit telling you, you can put it on other merchandise when actually they know their not going to do it. And they admit they said they would do it in front of customers. The first day i was there i saw another Arabic person requesting a refund they talked about it real low and quiet and they walked out happy. And I'm another nationality I asked to put my deposit on another piece of merchandise in their store but they wouldn't allow me to. She admitted and said she would let me use it to buy something else. I was shock when they wouldn't let me get something else i asked to use my deposit money to purchase something else and they told me i couldn't I really feel in my heart if i was Arabic i wouldn't have had this problem but since i'm another nationality i'm being taking advantaged of. I feel they over price anyways their price is up to 2% mark up. I thought that was against the law.
