Barter is not much of a barter if you have to pay hefty fees to belong to an organization and then pay monthly fees. I lost all the money I paid into it and after joining did not find anyone want ting to do business with each other. Found another business who was frustrated with BBE's system as well.
My advice: save the money and don't join unless they offer completely barter-based system with no money involved.
