Placed an order on Hollister Co.'s website, got the confirmation email which said I placed the order and the item was sold out. So, I called them and they substituted the item for a different one that I liked and they knocked the price down a few dollars of the new item then cancelled the order! I was wondering why I never got an email updating the shipping status. Now, I have to wait for the research team to get back to me. This was my first and last order or purchase with Hollister.
