Connection backup service, llc-efax mo fee
Utilized, unauthorized deceased son's name to add their service to my phone bill

An unauthorized charge to my AT&T phonebill by Connection Backup Service, LLC was posted to my account. Upon investigation with the phone representatives... They stated that on March 91 my son had verified this service. I informed the company that my son was deceased on Dec. 19. I requested and was denied to speak to anyone that could assist in this matter. I directed to a no-name FAX number or an email. There was no accountability on their end. I requested the charge be removed and investigation as to WHO verifies these requests. I had to inform AT&T and pending payment suspended upon further investiagtion
