The product was a waste of time, it didn't even work. My biggest complaint was the fine print and the lack of customer service. The Guarantee is a total scam. They will only accept a return if the product is un-opened and unused. They advertise in bold print a 30 Day Guarantee and a Life time warranty. Unfortunately the 30 Day Guarantee isn't a guarantee, its so misleading the way its represented, it's a fraud.
I called and they authorized the return. I returned my product in its original packaging with an authorization number provided by them. Weeks later they acknowledged that they received my product only after I called, They are now refusing to return my money... Claiming it was used. The only thing that was opened was one filter... Which didn't even work... No Smoke, No Taste... Nothing.
I would not recommend this company to anyone...
