I'd my pets initial hip xrays done in a year-old to ensure I really could reproduce him. The vet said they'd not move. I delivered them in weeks later-after the breeder needed another viewpoint but wouldn't purchase it as in her agreement. OFA returned stating moderate hip dysplaisia. But she nevertheless was fighting she desired to understand if it had been my problem or innate. And so I delivered the xrays to her vet to check out and he explained just like OFA also it was innate. She's still fighting that I've to pay for to consider him for that second opinion when actually it says in two distinct locations in her agreement the BREEDER can pay to get a minute opinion. Since I have won't consider him and purchase it she'll not recognize the agreement.
