Took 54.00 for a Visa credit card application promising guaranteed credit & I got nothing & no money back. I never heard from them again

I received a letter stating I could have a Visa credit card regardless of my credit history for $54.00 for rush delivery. I sent in the money & have not heard from this company since. I called in the money order & found out it was cashed a week after I sent it out. I can't find any information on this company & want my money back. I'd also like to file a lawsuit for fraudulent advertisement. They state in the letter your money will be refunded if they can't find you a credit card, but I have not received any money back at all.
