Very poor service never turned up. Newark airport transportation team
tried to get in contact with them no answer from telephone number given.
Infact Newark had never heard of them. They took my money but gave me no service
or refund. They never even sent a confirmation email out until after my flight had left for the USA. So all i had was the telephone number which was on my order page. Never received a receipt. It is disgusiting that a company can take your money upfront not give a receipt then they dont turn up leaving you stranded at the airport. It cost me $10 to buy a phone card to try to get incontact with them no joy. So that is when i saw the Newark air transportation office who tried to get in contact with them they had no joy both staff members tried.in the end i had to spend more money on a taxi to get to my hotel.
