"Dan" Flud ordered USD $7068 worth of special effects supplies over a 1 month period of time, used his FX dept's home address for some shipments, paid via American Express and then filed a chargeback for ALL products once supplies had been used claiming purchases were not authorized. No effort was made to return product and no claim of faulty or bad product was made by customer to us or to card company. Clever theft indeed.
