John Dower was a customer of U.S. Coin Exchange. He called in and placed 3 purchases for Gold coins. His Gold coins were immediately delivered, inspected and accepted by him. He then discovered the false comments on the internet about me made by Kenneth Viall and decided on cashing in on the fraud scheme encouraged by Kenneth Viall. You see, Ken Viall has been trying to blackmail and extort $100,000 from my Company. He has also threatened to Kill my wife and 2 year old baby unless I give him $100,000. This is the kind of person John Dower assoicates with.
Getting back to the story, John Dower made 3 different purchases for Gold coins for about $7,000 each. The coins were immediately delivered to him fully knowing we have a 10 day return policy. John Dower then teamed up with Kenneth Viall on a scheme to defraud this Company. What they did was accept their Gold, then contact their credit card Company and dispute the charge, thereby receiving their money back and not returning the Gold!!!
In John Dower's case, he again made 3 purchases. Two of the purchases he made on his American Express and the third purchase was on his Visa. Mr. Dower did return the 2 Gold purchases pertaining to his American Express purchases and he was FULLY REFUNDED BY ME because on those two transacitons he was within his 10 day return period. He then attempted to sneak return his third purchase which he made on his Visa card by disquising the package as coming from some sort of sweepstakes, thereby trying to trick us into accepting his package dispite the fact that he fully knew that he was well beyond (by months) his 10 day return period time.
Nevertheless, as instructed by Kenneth Viall, he initiated a fraudulent chargeback and received his $7,100 back from Visa pertaining to his 3rd purchase despite the fact that he still has that Gold!
He has not only perpetrated a FRAUD and theft against this Company but he has also perpetrated a fraud against Chase Manhatten Bank by fraudulently providing them with postal receipts pertaining to the other 2 purchases pertaining to his 2 later American Express purchases for which he did return the gold on those 2 purchases and did receive a full refund.
Any merchants, banks and credit card companies, beware of john dower and his scheme of fraud and theft inspired by known con artists and professional internet extorter, kenneth viall.
