Sam Flory didn't pay me for working against all sales produced and owes me just under $4,500 as noted in court papers. He screwed customers out of deposits against work never started or completed. I met many of these people at court for bankruptcy against Home Comfort Now. He promised to never let me loose my earned income and then ignored the pay owed. Sam then opened Ideal and now Jacobs Ladder, LLC. He never offered to settle or finalize the money owed to me. Many homeowners are left holding the bag also.
