I did a google search for ugg boots. This website popped up with uggs on sale. It looked like a good site so continued to order. It was a different kind of checkout, but my order went through. When i went back to the site i checked the items i ordered again. I then realized the picture of the slippers i had ordered were no the same as i had seen on other sites.
My final red flag was when the bank froze my account and i had to call in. They said there was suspicious activity. The payments had been routed through to russia and finally china.
When i got home i checked the website to e-mail them. It routed me to the website i had made the payment through. I started to e-mail them to cancel my order because of the fake uggs. They e-mailed in return they were on vacation. We e-mailed back and forth several times. When i received the package i refused it and had it sent back. I e-mailed the company and they said they had already been charged for the return.
As of this date they have not refunded my money. They are selling knockoff uggs out of china and do not refund money even though they have a return policy and guarantee.
