We bought a Genie garagedoor operator in-May of this past year from Lowes simply because they provided a refund that people might obtain in 6 to 2 months.
It's been 32 months but still no refund.
I called them in July plus they stated that they've not obtained our application and also to submit an additional refund software.
We did but still no refund.
