Buyer Beware - do not order anything from this company or its other online storefronts.
I ordered organza overlays and runners from this company and several of them were incorrect colors. I tried multiple times to reach someone directly and the only means is their E-chat. The rep told me I was wrong, they were right, said there were sku #s on the packaging and there weren't. Nothing was labeled except on a few items that stated the color and made in china.
The rep then told me in caps, I was wrong, look again, I was stupid and they had to be there... This was unreal. I asked for a mgr. Or supv. They refused, were extremely rude and degrading in their comments all through this e-chat. Skirted around all of my simple, direct questions as to how to exchange the items, get credit, etc. No answers to a simple problem or resolution other than for me to send back the entire order.
I told them I was going to file a BBB complaint and a dispute with my CC company if I did not get a call back, and gave them my #. They asked me to send them pictures and I did, showing them the correct color items I received against the wrong color items.
Surprisingly, a rep did with a bogus #00012345 so they can't be reached. The rep told me I was wrong again, won't exchange, or credit anything. I demanded to speak to a mgr. And he hung up on me. He repeatedly said I was wrong and anyone can see how different these colors are... He refused to exchange the items or to resolve anything.
They are really good at what they do by screwing over the consumer... The BBB has an Korean named person as the owner... He's most likely buying in mass bulk overseas since some of my packaging said 'made in china' and he has several online storefronts.
I then looked online for reports on this company and found hundreds of complaints of the same situation as mine. The BB shows a few different numbers, all of them pre recorded messages and no way to get through to anybody, one was a fax that they listed as a contact phone number.
Do not order anything from this company. Unbelievable they can get away with this and they're not shut down from BBB.
